What can I say? The past ended a moment ago and the future started. The past does not need to enslave us unless we choose to let it because it no longer exists. Sure, we carry baggage, burdens and regrets, but we can choose what to do with them. We can pay off our debts, make our apologies, forgive ourselves and move on to something better. If we are being really honest, we are not defined so much by our circumstances as by the next choices we make or don't make.
